What is needed to be a RealTransfer customer? (individual)

Mandatory Documents / Information:

  • Original and valid identification document in Portugal (Ex: National Identity Card, Residence, etc);
  • NIF - Tax Identification Number (if Resident);
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Profession and Employer.

You should also inform the beneficiary data:

Brazil:
  • Full Name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • CPF Number (physical account) / CNPJ (legal account);
  • City;
  • Phone Number;
  • Bank Name;
  • Agency Number;
  • Account Number and Type (Current / Savings).
» Sending with payment in PIX: Inform the PIX key already associated to the bank account.
* Service available at all RealTransfer and Nova Câmbios branches during the following hours:
   Weekdays until 10 pm / Saturdays and Sundays until 5 pm


Angola:
  • Full Name, City and Phone Number;

USA and Europe:
  • Full Name;
  • City;
  • Number;
  • Account Number (USA) or IBAN (Europe);
  • SWIFT;
  • ABA and Bank Name (for USA only).

Portugal:
  • Full Name;
  • Full Address;
  • Phone Number;
  • Bank Name;
  • IBAN.


Tele-Transfer
An easy way for registered users to send money without the need to visit a RealTransfer Branch. All you need is to be registered with us and then make a deposit or bank transfer with your name and customer number to the following account:

After making the deposit or the transfer to a RealTansfer account, contact us by phone – 800 200 404, during office hours or by email – inforeal@realtransfer.pt. Identify yourself and indicate the name(s) of the receiver(s) previously registered in our system and request the sending of your transfer.
